What's our Return & Exchange Policy?
The sweet details:
- You have 30 days to request a refund or exchange
- Sample sets and limited edition scents are final sale
- For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned (but we'll still take care of you with store credit!)
Good to know:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we notice unusual ordering patterns or bulk purchases, we may need to chat before processing returns.

How do gift returns or exchanges work?
Received Naomi as a gift? Lucky you! To exchange your scent, just email hello@bynaomicare.com with "Gift Exchange" in the subject line. We'll need the order number and shipping zip code from your gift giver. Remember, you've got 30 days to find your perfect match.
How long does it take to process a return?
We're super quick with this stuff! You'll get an email confirmation within 24 hours of reaching out. Exchanges ship out next business day, and refunds hit your account within 3-5 days. We know you're excited to smell amazing!
